How Credits Work
Image generation uses credits. Each AI model costs a different number of credits per image. Your included credits refresh every 30 days from your activation date. Chat messages use daily limits, not credits.
Credit Refresh Cycle
Both Monthly and Yearly subscribers get their included credits refreshed every 30 days (rolling from activation). Unused included credits expire at each refresh — they do not roll over. Your refresh date is shown in your dashboard.
Top-up Credits
Need more? Purchase top-up credit packs anytime. Top-up credits persist and do not expire with the refresh cycle. However, if your plan expires, top-up credits become locked until you renew.
Two Balance Types
Your dashboard always shows two balances: Included Credits (refresh each cycle, unused expires) and Top-up Credits (persist while plan active, locked if expired). Both are always visible with clear labels.
