Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Moyna AI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Subscription & Billing

All plans require manual renewal. Yearly and monthly prices are as listed on our pricing page. Payments are processed in BDT. No refunds for partial periods.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Moyna AI to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our policies.

Intellectual Property

Content you create using Moyna AI belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. Our platform, brand, and prompt library are our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

Moyna AI is provided as-is. We are not liable for AI output accuracy, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of our platform.
